How custom santa hats are made
Many of our Santa hat styles are cut and sewn by our team and community of local makers. All embroidery, printing and personalization is completed at our Toms River, New Jersey shop.
We carefully select fabrics, patterns, thread and decoration methods for each design. After years of producing personalized and fully custom Santa hats, we have refined our sizing, construction and personalization process to create hats that look great and can be enjoyed for many holiday seasons.
