Most orders are embroidered and shipped NEXT DAY if received before 2pm EST, Mon-Fri. Fully Custom hats that are made-to-order may or may not ship next day, but usually take a little longer. No orders are shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.

Large orders of 30+ hats and super large hats may need to be weighed with shipping adjusted prior to shipping, and will take longer to process. Cost may increase. These will also take longer to produce.

Express Overnight is the ONLY method USPS Guarantees to arrive on time Please call if you are questioning your shipping method choice. During the holiday season, the times of delivery can almost double for Priority mail. Please consider production days in your shipping choice as well. We will send your order with the method provided. If it does not arrive on time, we are not responsible for missed events. There are no refunds on custom ordered items.

Returns are only accepted on unworn, unused, non customized Santa hats. You must provide your own method of returning the item(s) to us.

All of our Santa hats are 1 size-fits-all. They are mostly 11" Adult size unless otherwise specified. Please find the size of the santa hat under "Additional Information" at the bottom of the santa hat page. For Child santa hats, any hat on our site can be made smaller, just select "More Options" and then select "Child size" on any santa hat page.
