Custom Santa Hats can be customized with mostly any logo. If you print your logo on any santa hat with a fleece brim, there is usually a $1 to no charge, depending on logo and quantity.

For embroidering the logo on fleece brim santa hats or plush brim santa hats there is usually a $1-$5 charge, but again it depends on the logo and the quantity.

The more colors the better! But also the more expensive.

More detail looks better! Not in embroidery at this scale! Toning down keeps down cost and even makes it look better!

We can do as many colors as you like. When you email your logo, we will send you back the pricing, and also the pricing if you start eliminating colors. Printing rather than embroidering can pring as many colors as you like, with no effect on price. For an example, in the images shown on this page, "North Pole Express", "Patriots" and "Savage Race" are all printed.

Keep in mind small detail will not look great when it is 1-2" high on a santa hat brim. See the below example of a customer who wanted their logo embroidered. we did it exactly as it was shown to show how much detail is lost in embroidery of this small size. Then you will see our modifications to the logo, and how much better they look.
