Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Returns are only accepted on unworn, unused, non customized Santa hats. You must provide your own method of returning the item(s) to us.

Returns cannot be accepted after the holiday or event has passed. If there are any exceptions to the return policies above for your special situation, Returns must be initiated on or before December 24 of the same holiday season. There are no exceptions to this.

We cannot 'match' colors from photos, or emails. Photos of hats will appear differently depending on devices, photographs etc. Flashes may make a hat color look lighter, or darker, depnding on how to light hits the hats.
