Shipping Information

Because we operate sites for many holidays and themes, we must take priority to the "upcoming" holiday. If you place an order for an item that is past a certain holiday, the shipment can get heavily delayed as we have already "reset" our production lines. We ask if you absolutely need it for a certain date, to please mark that in your order notes at checkout.

Most Christmas Orders Placed Nov-DEC- Ship within 1-3 days. Orders are embroidered and can be shipped SAME DAY if received before 2pm EST, Mon-Fri. Fully Custom hats that are made-to-order may or may not ship same day.

**Orders Off-Season JAN 1st through JULY Can take up to 2 weeks or more to process. If you are in a hurry please email us!**

**Orders Off-Season in JULY-AUG Begin shipping SEPTEMBER 1st in order of received unless requested otherwise**

Orders Placed September - October- Begin Shipping Nov 1st, unless the order is from CustomTrickorTreatbags.com, then it ships within 1-3 days.

Orders Placed Nov-DEC- Ship within 1-3 days.

Orders are shipped in the ORDER received, UNLESS you have a speific date your order is needed by that is prior to NOV 1st. You must notifiy us if this is your situation. Any orders July-Aug begin shipping Sept 1st unless it is an emergency order, Please call for information.
