Embroidery When it comes to embroidering the Santa Hats, we use top of the line software and materials to bring you the best look possible. Our experienced "embroiderers" take pride in their work, and make sure every hats leaves their station looking perfect. Embroidery is available in many colors, and on mostly every item in our store. The max we can embroider is 7" wide. The longer your text is the smaller your letters will be by aspect ratio. We highly suggest shortening or abbreviating long text.

Printing For printing our Santa Hats, we print on them the same way you would print on paper, but of course not with the same ink, or even the same printer. Top quality machinery allows us to complete this process, and we are proud to introduce it for the first time in the 2016 season. Using this method, if chosen by yourself, we are able to get your Custom Santa Hats out to you even faster than usual, as the process is almost 5x the speed of embroidery and other customization methods. The color of the printing varies on darker backgrounds. We cannot print white, nor can we print on black. |

Glitter If Glitter is your thing, we also offer the traditional Glitter Glue customization of your Custom Santa Hat. We should call it not-so-traditional, as the method we use is definitely not traditional. Developed in house, our method provides you with perfect looking letters and names, time after time. Not only is our style consistent from hat to hat, you can even choose the font you would like to be used. Our method allows us to be ultra precise, giving us the ability to offer many colors and styles. You can find this in the "More options" section of the Santa Hat pages. |
